Socializing statement

CASI’s priority to inspire the world’s best snowboard instruction with the vision to be global leaders in instructor education, innovation and professional development that is synonymous with a thriving, diverse and accessible snow sports community. The DAG was created to support this mission and vision where ideas of diversity, equity and inclusion run in parallel with our core purpose as a snowboarding association. Our initial goal is to highlight the diversity exists currently within the CASI community, especially where it connects back to snowboarding.

As the group and association evolves, recognizing and reaching diversity that doesn’t currently exist within CASI can become a focus.
