FEEDBACK / CONCERNS
If you have any specific feedback or concerns please email feedback@casi-acms.com to have it formally addressed. Your email will be reviewed by a member of the CASI leadership team. We aim to provide an initial response within 5 (five) business days. For more information about the complaints process, please review our formal policy on the topic.
Please include a brief summary of your concerns (who, what, where, when, and any outcomes that you are seeking from sharing your feedback / concerns).
Please note, the result of a CASI course evaluation is final. Our team of Evaluators are qualified and trained to gauge candidates’ performance against our course standards. We do not accept candidate riding/teaching videos as a valid form of supporting documentation for a complaint. CASI values and carefully considers all feedback not related to a review of a course result. Please ensure that you have carefully read and understood your candidate evaluation prior submitting any concern related to a course result.
