Program Manager – International
Reporting to:
Director of Program Operations – For operational execution, scheduling logistics, administrative management, and overall performance evaluation.
Director of Educations & Programs – For educational quality assurance, CASI-ACMS standards compliance, and evaluator team technical development.
Role Overview
The Program Manager – International is responsible for the coordination, sustainability, quality, and continued development of CASI-ACMS international programming. This role provides operational leadership for international certification programs and serves as the primary organizational contact for International Course Providers (ICPs), international evaluators, and key program stakeholders.
As the Program Manager – International, you will balance operational execution with strategic implementation, playing a vital role in protecting and strengthening CASI’s international reputation and ensuring programming remains aligned with our organizational standards and member needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage the scheduling, delivery, and reporting of international certification programs, ensuring consistent global compliance with CASI-ACMS standards.
- Partnership Management: Serve as the primary contact for International Course Providers (ICPs) and international resort partners; build long-term relationships, conduct partner reviews, and ensure compliance with operational policies.
- Evaluator Management: Lead the International Evaluator team in recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and sustainable deployment.
- Program Planning and Growth: Support annual program planning, identify opportunities for operational efficiency, and assist leadership in vetting and onboarding new ICPs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor program delivery, collect feedback, implement improvements, and support the resolution of quality concerns.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Technical Credential: Active experience delivering CASI-ACMS courses as an Evaluator with an extensive understanding of course delivery requirements.
- Industry Context: Deep knowledge of both the Canadian snowboard/ski resort environment and professional instructor systems.
- Operational Track Record: Proven experience in program coordination, logistics management, or business administration.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience working with databases, relational scheduling systems, and high-level competence with spreadsheets.
- Cross-Cultural Competence: Demonstrated ability to work across, understand, and respect diverse international environments.
- Travel: Must be in possession of a valid Canadian Passport and the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
Preferred:
- Experience managing partnerships and/or stakeholder relationships.
- Background/familiarity in international program delivery or coordination.
- Strategic planning or project management experience.
- Familiarity with governance, quality assurance, and program evaluation processes.
- Additional language skills are considered an asset.

Work Environment
This primarily remote-work role involves a high-volume, fast-paced workload during cyclical peak times, requiring a balance between computer-based coordination and on-snow leadership. Regular attendance at virtual meetings, very flexible for international communications outside of regular business hours, and occasional travel to domestic and international resorts and/or ICPs is required.
Compensation & Application Process
The salary range for this position is $61,880 to $79,170 (based on a weekly average of 35 hours) indexed to annual CPI, and also includes support for home office and communications equipment (cell phone, etc.) as well as access to CASI’s employee benefits plan, employee wellness benefit, course discount benefit, and performance-linked annual bonus.
