How good do I have to be to pass the Park 2 course?
The Park Instructor Level 2 course is aimed at instructors who have an interest in teaching mainly in the park. You should have good intermediate to advanced park skills (spinning comfortably in the air and on boxes), and the desire to teach these skills safely.
Check out the Park 2 Course Guide for more info on the exact teaching and riding standards.
What kind of things will I learn?
You'll spend the 3 days improving your own park riding skills, but more importantly, you'll look at different approaches to improving your students riding level. Things like how the 5 skills affect park tricks, how we can blend the skills to get different outcomes, and how to analyze students and come up with a plan for improvement.
